SINGAPORE, Singapore - Valerie Lim (25, 1.79m, Singapore) won the Miss Singapore Universe 2011 pageant held at the Island Ballroom of the Shangri-La Hotel. She will represent Singapore in Miss Universe 2011 in Sao Paulo, Brazil on September 12.
